The exhibition features technical components of the MQ-9 and the Hermes family (including the Hermes 450 and 900), as well as remnants of an F-15 jet. Despite employing four advanced methods to evade radar detection, these drones were neutralized by the IRGC Aerospace Defense fire.
Advanced assets such as the MQ-4 Global Hawk, MQ-1, and RQ-170, captured from the U.S. military’s drone arsenal were previously displayed by the IRGC aerospace unit.
In an interview, an IRGC Aerospace Defense officer and unit commander highlighted the significant upgrades made to these defense systems during recent U.S. aggression on Iran, which led to these strategic interceptions.
The development of these modern systems aims to achieve dual superiority: the ability to detect and engage the enemy while remaining invisible to enemy detection and targeting.
